Specialists in traditional and heritage properties.

We’re immersed in rejuvenating heritage and historic properties, with an Historic England Listing or otherwise, particularly in the rural villages and hamlets sprinkled throughout the chalk valley downlands surrounding the city of Salisbury.

We have experience in building and property development, extending and converting all kinds of old buildings in the pretty pastoral Chalke, Woodford and Wylye Valleys, as well as in and around towns like Warminster, Amesbury and Devizes.

Re-using & as we Develop & Conserve

We use a combination of traditional and modern techniques, sustainably re-utilising original components.

We source reclaimed materials locally whenever possible. We reuse and recycle so that as little as possible goes to landfill.

Our eco-conscious approach to building means that most of the waste generated on site is recycled - with even the water being filtered and used again.

Sustainable & Sympathetic Construction

Our team of skilled trade and crafts-people are renowned in the area for converting disused old barns, dairies and cattle sheds into bespoke designer residences, and breathing new life into neglected, derelict or decaying structures.

Built on Trust & care

Our workmanship will stand the test of time.

We provide a turnkey service leaving property owners or developers with less stress.

Customers very much appreciate our detailed quotes.

Turnkey Projects

Aside from our meticulous workmanship, what sets us apart when it comes to heritage property conservation and restoration is that we offer a “one-stop” service for all our projects, large or small.

When we take on a contract we manage the entire project from the ground up. Once you accept our detailed quotation you can, if you wish, leave the site and return to find that all of the work has been completed to the highest specification, on time and in full compliance with building and safety regulations.

One of the reasons that we are increasingly sought after by property owners and architects for bespoke work on listed buildings or those within conservation areas, is that we have a proven record of producing accurate costings and realistic time frames.

Detailed Quotes & Management

Our approach is to professionally survey the site in depth and deliver a quotation with as much detail as possible.

We don't believe in submitting a low quotation in order to win a job; only to add extra costs on later.

We believe that transparency regarding costs is key to maintaining a good rapport with our clients.

Our Services

Our skilled team has the capability and competency to undertake any and all of the tasks required to extend, conserve and update an historic property of any size and condition, whilst adhering to regulations specific to Listed buildings and conservation areas.

We have the resources to create an entirely new building upon the footprint of an old barn, add an extension to a period property, or fit historic elements into a new build.

Whether you own a barn or a cottage, you can depend on us to deliver something special.
